This project is jointly developed by CapitaLand and City Developments Limited (CDL). It is situated in along the Singapore River Planning area. The commercial component will be known as Canninghill Square. The residential consists of 2 towers, one at 48 storey (180 metres tall) and 24 storey (100 metres tall). The 48 storey tower will be the highest building along Singapore River. 

The hotel component will be managed by Marriot International under Moxy brand. While the service residence will operate with a hotel licence under the Somerset Brand.
