What i feel about The Landmark Condo
I have been to One Pearl Bank, Rivière and Canninghill Piers showflat to understand each of these products. I like the dark tone settings where the site model is held. It gives a very exquisite feeling when you are in this dark room. I think in terms of price tag, The Landmark condo is a great deal comparing to the rest. However the development only offers 1-3 bedroom unit types. Due to the land size, there is no tennis court in this development but the infinity pool overlooks the serene Pearl’s Hill City Park.
I used to work at UE Square and i frequently walk over to Chinatown to eat at the coffeeshops around there. I can really appreciate the idea of living in city and often indulge in yummylicious food and drinks with friends and colleagues.
For investors, The Landmark condo will surely have endless pool of tenants to tap into. These tenants are potentially working in CBD, Orchard, Harbourfront area. There is a huge catchment coming from SGH Campus. Singapore being an aging economy and its good medical research and infrastructure, we can expect more talented workforce to the medical sector. This can benefit investors looking to rent out their units for long term passive income.
